Our 1st Grade students reached an exciting milestone in their reading journey as they received their Library Pass.
During this special experience, students learned how our school library works, explored the importance of caring for books, and reflected on the responsibility that comes with borrowing and returning them. They also made a commitment to follow the library guidelines and become responsible, enthusiastic readers.
With their Library Pass in hand, our students are now ready to explore new stories, discover different authors, and enjoy the experience of choosing and borrowing books independently.
At Everest, we believe that reading opens the door to knowledge, imagination, and countless possibilities. By encouraging positive reading habits from an early age, we hope to nurture curious, confident readers and a lifelong love of books.
